Quick notes: Purchased dead. Power Supply shot. A small piece of metal, looked like a brush hair from a metal scrub brush (possibly something during manufacturing) was found in the ISA socket shorting +12v and -12V to GND.
Repairs: Swapped power supply from a Compaq Portable Plus that was refurbished by me recently. Recapped. Re-aligned the CRT. Keyboard was found to be dead, had to replace the foam pads (Episode 2). Works!
Upgrades: Replaced CPU with a V20. Added 8087. Added PICOMEM card.
